Getting You to Outcomes

Most organizations have an abundance of data, but a shortage of insights that translate into action and results. When people, process, and technology don't align, leaders are left in the lurch lacking the information they need in critical decision-making moments.

If you're an organizational leader looking for hands-on, expert assistance in effectively leveraging data to inform strategic action and achieve outcomes, I can help. I apply my methodological training as a social scientist, my fluency in all things data, and my understanding of interdependent systems, social structures, group dynamics, and culture to the solving of organizational problems.

My professional experience over 20+ years ranges from serving as a faculty member and administrator in higher education, to working as a consultant for government entities, community-based and non-profit organizations, and tech startups. Across these settings I've applied my data-informed approach to a wide array of challenges:

  • achieving equitable outcomes for diverse groups

  • issue identification and diagnosis

  • implementation and improvement of evidence-based practices

  • formulation of indicators and metrics to track progress

  • measurement of impact and efficacy

  • organizational change management

  • original research to inform emerging issue response

  • workshops and trainings to build organizational research and analytics capacity

  • data governance, bias-avoidance, and privacy protection

  • creation of team and advisory structures to optimize for data-informed action.

I deliver process-oriented consulting to build sustainable new practices, capacity, and structures in your organization.

With the right leadership and focus, any organization can develop a healthy data-informed culture.
